Torborgee Oil is a type of Palm Oil used for Garden Egg soup (Torborgee Soup) common among the Liberian Communities. Nigerian called it Epo Run. Because of its distinctive taste, they use it to eat roasted yam.
Torborgee oil is used in many dishes such as bitter ball and Torborgee Stew. Made from fermented palm kern.
